Woodford to Glenbrook classic
Course Description
The Woodford to Glenbrook Classic is a 25 km trail that follows the Oaks Fire Trail through Blue Mountains National Park, starting near Woodford train station and finishing in Euroka Clearing Glenbrook National Park.
The course traverses undulating bushland, offering scenic views and varied terrain that provide a rewarding challenge for mountain bikers and trail runners.
Food and drink: 12 Mile Hollow will be open at Woodford for pre-race coffee. There will be water, electrolytes, fruit, and snacks at the aid station on course. There will be a coffee van, sausage sizzle, and can of drink at the finish line. Food and drink at the finish line is covered by the cost of your entry. There will be vegan and gluten free options.

How can I volunteer for the event?

Are headphones / walking poles allowed?
Due to the terrain we run on, we ask all runners not to use headphones at our events. This is so you can stay aware of what others around you are saying and hear if anyone needs your attention. Also, a big part of trail running is being social – so have a chat along the way!
Walking poles are allowed at our events, but we ask runners to be mindful of where they use them and not hinder other runners on any narrow or technical trails.
What mandatory gear do I need?
Do I need any safety gear?
Whilst not compulsory, we recommend runners wear gloves on the trails, such as bike gloves, as these will help protect your hands in case of a fall. Injuries to hands are the most common injuries our Event Safety Services team see. Please be mindful of the weather and dress appropriately.

Where can I find the race results?
Race results will be available on Tempus Timing in the 24hrs after the event has finished.
How old do you have to be to run in this event?

Can I get a refund after registering?
We can process a refund of the race entry fee less a $10 processing fee up until 1 week before the event. Please email in**@************sw.com.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Click on the ‘Enter now’ button at the top of this page. A new page will open and on the left you will see an option to transfer. Select the option ‘transfer to a new participant’ and you will be prompted for the email address of the person you are transferring the entry to. Once you initiate this transfer, the new participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer.
